Reading webcomics can sure help get ideas for a novel.
For example, Hanna Is Not a Boy's Name by Tessa Stone is one inspirational comic that you can read online. It's free too so it's really that epic. Stone describes the genius art as sugarcoated horror, something that caught my tiny brain. "Wow. Horror for the wuss... That could work for me."
And then the comic's title forced me to change my attempted novel's own title to be more witty and smark. So, yeah, I did. What was I to do? Fight with text?
Either way, seeing my attempted novel in a new light sure ignited my creativity. Then my headache doused the fire.
